Brighton & Hove
Beside the sea and only an hour from London, Brighton has all the charm of a town and all the excitement of a cosmopolitan city. To the north of Brighton & Hove is the South Downs national park, and to the East, the famous 'Seven Sisters' cliffs. Inside the city itself are two universities, many language schools, good sport facilities, great shops, lots of little cafes, a concert hall and theatres as well as its unique tourist attractions, the famous Royal Pavilion and Pier. It is half an hour by train from Gatwick airport and close to other places of interest such as London - only 1 hour by train - Portsmouth, Canterbury and Hampton Court Palace.
We are situated in a quiet residential area of the city. Hove has its own shops and pubs while lively, fashionable Brighton is only half an hour´s walk away, or ten minutes in one of the regular buses which pass close to the school. A pleasant forty minute walk along the sea front gets you to the world famous Brighton Pier.
